CHAD CENTORBI

President

Chad Centorbi founded Centorbi Financial Group Inc. in 2004 to serve pre- and current retirees throughout Missouri and Illinois in various aspects of their financial lives. He is dedicated to always doing what is in the best interests of his clients and aiding them to the best of his abilities.
While studying personal and family finance at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Chad started his career in the financial services industry in 1999 as an intern with Franklin Life Insurance, the company his father worked for. Chad became a full-time agent in 2001 and three years later created the insurance company’s wealth management division, now known as Centorbi Financial Group. Since 2004, Chad and his team have comprehensively assisted clients in achieving “true wealth.” While true wealth means different things to different people, they define it as anything that money can’t buy and death can’t take away.

Chad is committed to continuing his education to better serve his clients. He holds Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) and Certified Estate and Trust Specialist (CES) designations. He also is a part of Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisor Group* and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He holds his life insurance license and has passed the Series 6, 63 and 65 securities exams.
Chad qualified for American General’s Chairman’s Council in 2005. His experience and quality care for his business and his clients have led to several appearances on a variety of media platforms, including Fortune magazine, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, International Business Times and Wall Street Select.
A Missouri native, Chad was born in St. Louis and has spent most of his life in St. Charles. He attended St. Charles West High School, then St. Charles Community College before transferring to the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Chad lives in Dardenne Prairie with his wife, Aimee, and their three beautiful children: Christian, Isabella and Viviana. Chad is a proud member of Ducks Unlimited, USA Triathlon and the Swim Bike Run Triathlon Club. He is on the board of trustees for academy of the Sacred Heart School where he serves on the finance committee and also serves on the board of the St Charles MO Chapter of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes).
An avid triathlete since 2010, Chad also enjoys waterfowl and upland bird hunting and is actively involved in the St. Charles Goodfellas and Pedal the Cause. Chad was named a Yellow Jersey qualifier for Pedal the Cause in 2014, 2015 and 2016 for raising more than $2,500 each year for the cause’s cancer research fund. In 2017, Chad reached King of the Mountains for his fundraising efforts of more than $5,000.
